Devon Montgomery Pasha, affectionately known as the "Lady in Red",  is a dynamic Emcee and Experience Engineer who brings over two decades of expertise to the events industry. Known for her energetic and engaging style, she partners with clients to reimagine event design, blending empathy, creativity, and strategy to deliver lasting results.

As the founder of DMP Creative, Devon empowers her clients through vibrant emcee services, strategic speaking, and facilitation, ensuring every experience is as memorable as it is purposeful. Her dedication to innovation and mission-driven events has earned her a spot among the Top 100 Most Influential in the Industry and recognition as one of Smart Meetings Top Speaker of the Year.

A champion of lifelong learning, Devon holds a B.A. from Bryn Mawr College and both a B.S. and a Master’s in Creativity and Innovation from Drexel University, where she also served as an adjunct professor. She earned her Certified Event Designer designation in 2021, further cementing her reputation as a trailblazing thought leader in the industry.
